ambiente laboral compatível com o ideal de trabalho decente. Utilizar-se-ão
o método dedutivo e a revisão bibliográfica acerca da temática.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this article is to analyze the legal protection
afforded to the environment of healthy work, pointing to moral
harassment as one of the most harmful behaviors of workers’ health.
In this sense, it studies Convention 190 of the International Labor
Organization (ILO), which ensures the defense against conducts of
violence and harassment in the world of work. It seeks to indicate the
normative protection afforded to the safe and healthy environment,
extended protection to the labor environment, both in the 1988
Constitution and national infraconstitutional legislation, as well as in
the international order. Afterwards, it is argued that moral harassment
is harmful to the health of the worker, so that its understanding must
be broad, in several aspects. Finally, the study focuses on the analysis of
ILO Convention 190, which expanded the concept and extension of the
institutes of harassment and violence in the world of work, establishing
the commitment of nations to fight effectively in favor of a compatible
work environment. with the ideal of decent work. The deductive method
and bibliographic review on the subject will be used.

INTRODUÇÃO
A Constituição da República de 1988 erigiu o direito ao meio
ambiente equilibrado (art. 225), neste compreendido o do trabalho
(art. 200), a um direito fundamental de todo cidadão, tendo também
consagrado os princípios do risco mínimo regressivo (art. 7º, XXII), da
precaução, da prevenção e do poluidor pagador (art. 7º, XXIII e XXVIII).
